Hi,
yes, it's ok if you change it to 'paperback-edition', I guess.
It would be very fine to get the free books sent, so that I can send them to the library/government in Norway, who usually buys books published in Norwegian.
I have recieved some royalties from you now, so I see that I get my royalities, at least.
Do you want me to upload the file again on CreateSpace?
Best regards,
Erik Ribsskog

Dear Mr. Ribsskog,
Please let me first apologize for any previous misunderstanding regarding our initial communications and know that we would very much like to work with you to continue the publication of “My Employment Case Against Arvato's Microsoft Scandinavian Product Activation.”
You are still able to include edition information, and it may be more advantageous to include “First edition” or “Paperback edition” on your copyright page. There are no requirements to include a publisher or edition reference within the book; however you are welcome to reference your own imprint or yourself as the publisher. If you would like to reference CreateSpace, you may say "Printed by CreateSpace." As you are the publisher for your work and CreateSpace is a platform for publication, we are unable to include of the phrase “CreateSpace-edition” or references to CreateSpace as the publisher if you resubmit the interior file for “My Employment Case Against Arvato's Microsoft Scandinavian Product Activation.”
For the six available titles within your account that contain “Createspace-utgave” on the copyright page, we ask that you provide us with a different phrase to use in its place, so that we may replace it within each file for free and without removing their availability.
We are actively investigating the file review inconsistencies you experienced and can assure you that proper coaching will be delivered and new processes put in place to prevent this from happening in the future. Additionally, we would like to offer you 10 complimentary copies of each available title for the inconvenience. Please let me know if you would like to accept this offer and where to send the 60 complimentary copies.
Regarding your request to remove your title from Kindle Select and be relieved of the 90 day obligation, I have contacted the KDP Executive Customer Relations team on your behalf and they will be in touch with you shortly.
Again, I want to continue working with you on the publication of “My Employment Case Against Arvato's Microsoft Scandinavian Product Activation.” I hope that you will consider our offer to rotate the upside down pages, and remove the additional blank pages at no cost to you. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly at (843) 760-8240 or reply to this message with any additional questions you may have.
Sincerely,
Ashley Robinson
