Hei,

I got your automated e-mail now regarding that you'd fixed the employment case book which we've discussed earlier.
It still has some problems in it.
Like that:
1.
The chapter-names sometimes use a whole page, (like on page 152, for Enclosure 13). This looks a bit un-professional, I think.
2.
I can't see the last two pages, (page 221 and 222), on your online Digital Proofer.
(And page 220 says Proof printed by CreateSpace. But I guess that's normal, and that this page isn't going to be in the real book).
3.
It's the same here, as with the Norwegian books I got from you, with DHL, today. Where are the page-numbers?
These aren't real books if they haven't got page-numbers, I think.
I've just stocked the books you sent away, to be honest, in a storage-room, with an air-mattress I don't use any longer, etc.
I don't think it's tempting to send anyone some books without page-numbers.
Then I'm going to look stupid, I think. :) (Sorry if I'm to frank).
Just to update/complain.
Regards,
Erik Ribsskog

also I see now, that on the back of the book 'Jenny Skavlan i Finland', then the word 'andre', (meaning second), has been split up, on two different lines. That looks a bit unprofessional to me, if I'm allowed to give some feedback, while I look at the books.
'Skifte etter Magna og Holger Adeler also has the same problem'.
Also it doesn't seem to be any page-numbers in the books. What causes this problem I was wondering?
Regards,
Erik Ribsskog

DHL were on my door now with four boxes which I signed for. The boxes contained:
10 x Min Bok 3
10 x Min Bok Andre Bind
10 x Jenny Skavlan i Finland
10 x Min Bok Første Bind
10 x Skifte etter Magna og Holger Adeler
So no Min Bok 2
But it's perhaps out of stock?
Even so thank you very much for the in total 50 books I got from DHL now. Best regards,
Erik Ribsskog

yes, it's ok if you change it to 'paperback-edition', I guess. It would be very fine to get the free books sent, so that I can send them to the library/government in Norway, who usually buys books published in Norwegian.
I have recieved some royalties from you now, so I see that I get my royalities, at least.
Do you want me to upload the file again on CreateSpace?
Best regards, Erik Ribsskog

For the six available titles within your account that contain “Createspace-utgave” on the copyright page, we ask that you provide us with a different phrase to use in its place, so that we may replace it within each file for free and without removing their availability.
We are actively investigating the file review inconsistencies you experienced and can assure you that proper coaching will be delivered and new processes put in place to prevent this from happening in the future. Please let me know if you would like to accept this offer and where to send the 60 complimentary copies.
Regarding your request to remove your title from Kindle Select and be relieved of the 90 day obligation, I have contacted the KDP Executive Customer Relations team on your behalf and they will be in touch with you shortly.
Again, I want to continue working with you on the publication of “My Employment Case Against Arvato's Microsoft Scandinavian Product Activation.” I hope that you will consider our offer to rotate the upside down pages, and remove the additional blank pages at no cost to you.
