Hi,

I would have wanted to know who has requested this.

And usually people here in the UK call me 'Mr. Ribsskog', in e-mails, etc.

I also think it looks strange when you write '??' in some e-mails.

And I don't like it at all that you call me 'Erica'.

I see you work in sales and possibly don't care much about fighting this abuse.

Perhaps you could escalate this to the Managing Director, or something.
