thanks for informing about the card-limit.
It's easy to forget about limits like that, so I think that's an improvement if you have stopped having that limit.

I am really sorry to hear of your concerns regarding the service you received in our Liverpool store.
Please be assured this is not common practise in any of our stores to ask our customer of what means thy wish to pay for goods and I will personally speak to the member of staff involved.
As regards to the minimum card payment, we do not have a minimum any longer and will accept any means of payment for any amount.
We as a company take customer service very seriously and I assure you this will not happen again, and I thank you for bringing this to my attention.
