Hi, Shaun from Huyton Jobcentre called me now, (to do with a rapid reclaim, since someone have sent the Jobcentre an e-mail pretending to be me, and ask to close my claim). I explained, in the phone-interview, that I was now a Fellow of the (Business) Management Association. But I haven't received anything about this in the post yet. So I thought I could try to send this e-mail as a reminder. (And as an update, for Huyton Jobcentre). Hope this is alright! I actually have more than ten years management-experience, so I was hoping to get offered a higher membership-type, (fellow-membership). And perhaps to be a certified manager.
