Hi,
yesterday I got a phone-call from Shaun at Huyton Jobcentre.
Someone had sent the Jobcentre an e-mail in my name, saying I wanted
to stop my claim.
Liverpool City Council made me aware of this, and I updated the
Jobcentre ASAP about that this was a case of criminal forgery.
Yet, the Jobcentre actually stopped my claim, (even if I sent two
e-mails about this being a crime/forgery).
I need money for food, like all people need.
And was adviced to make a rapid reclaim, again.
This is the third time this year, that something like this happens, so
that I've had to make a rapid reclaim.
I still haven't gotten my allowance from 31/1 to 21/2.
(This is now with ICE, if I'm not mistaking).
And I still haven't gotten my allowance from 6/3 to around 28/3, (this
is a while since I've complained about, and I don't know why you
haven't gotten back to me about these moneys, which are around £200,
if I remember it right).
And I was told by Shawn.
That there is now more days, that your going to delay paying me
jobseekers-allowance for.
(From 23/5 to 10/6 if I'm not mistaking).
I didn't get my allowance on 10/6.
And am not going to get the next payment before 24/6, Shaun said.
And at the same time the Jobcentre are taking me to court, in a
constructed case.
(You say I've written you sex-emails.
But these I haven't written.
So this is a 'murder of justice-case').
I have to meet in court, on 19/6.
I now need to go to the barber.
But I didn't get my jobseeking-allowance on Tuesday.
And you aren't going to send the next payment, untill after the court-meeting.
Is this because you want me to look like a 'hippie', (with long hair),
in court, I'm wondering.
This is the third time this year that you advice me to make rapid
reclaims, (after you have said that letters are missing in the post
etc.), and that you havn't let me back-date the claim after the rapid
reclaim-meeting.
Really, I have only had one claim, and that's since November 2008.
So this is a scandal, I think.
I send a copy of this e-mail to my solicitor.
I think it's strange that he lets the Jobcentre mess with me, like
this, (I think I have to call it).
And also Shaun said in the phone-interview yesterday.
That I had been 'a naughty boy'.
But that's an insult.
I have not sent those e-mails, like I explained in court, some weeks ago.
And I think it's a bit strange that the Jobcentre take me to court,
with one hand, and give me money for food etc., with the other hand.
You get a double-role here.
And a lot of these problems could be called double punishment, I'm wondering.
Regards,
Erik Ribsskog
