Hi, I haven't managed to find Barclay's e-mail-address, on their website. (Even if I've worked as a company researcher, some years ago). So then I think we could just skip the part, to do with a final decision letter. Since the bank, more or less has said it doesn't want any correspondence or complaints. Since it doesn't have its e-mail-address on its website. I hope you at the Financial Ombudsman agrees with this. Best regards.
