SpareRoom’s founder Rupert Hunt is looking for two new housemates to share his Grade II listed home in East London… and filming the process for a YouTube series.
Rupert’s previous housemate moved out last month and he’s firmly in the ‘living with other people beats living alone’ camp, so it’s time to start looking again. He enjoyed the process so much last time - and met so many interesting people - he’s decided to film it this time.
He’s offering his rooms on a ‘pay what you can afford’ basis, so if the people he clicks with can only afford £200 a month, that’s what they’ll pay.
