I rather want a reply from the Managing Director about this.
You have clearly lost the plot when you start nagging about PayPal.
(I want to know the name of the troll who has ordered this in my name.
And I want to know which better routines that you're going to start with so that this doesn't happen again).

Again I request the date and time payment was taken & the amount please could you also advise what payment method was used e.g credit / debit card or PayPal.
As advised we are happy to assist however we require information to investigate this further which sadly you have not provided.
Again I would advise contacting the relevant department if you believe your details have been stolen e.g. your bank provide or PayPal (if it is PayPal I would advise changing your password).

Apologies you feel that way, I am simply trying to get the relevant information.
You have advised that someone has used your details however I cannot see any orders under your name or email address.
If you believe a fraudulent order has been placed using your details please could you provide me with more information so I am able to look into this further.

We have the relevant security measures in place however if someone has stolen your details from another place this is not something we would be aware of or unable to stop.

Sadly we would not be able to advise where people would get your information from.
We have security checks in place when processing orders however if someone has stolen your information we would not be aware of this nor would we know how they did this sadly.
