Hi,
thank you very much for your e-mail.
I think you twist on it now, because if you read my e-mail, from 10.22 today, you'll see that I write that it makes me uncomfertable, that you operate with two job-titles for the same job.
This makes me wonder if I can trust your company or not. And I think trust is a basic pilar in any employee/employer-relationship.
That's why I don't feel comfertable with applying for work at your company.
Just to level.
Sorry if I am to direct.
Sincerely,
Erik Ribsskog

Dear Erik
Thank you for your email. We are sorry to learn that you feel unable to continue with your application to System C Healthcare on the grounds that you believe it would be
embarrassing to be termed a Junior Software Developer. We would like to assure you that age is never considered as part of our CV vetting procedure and we do not ask for a candidates’ age on our applications forms for this reason.
We would also like you to be aware that System C prides itself with ranking as 52nd within the Sunday Times Top 100 companies to work for in the UK and our HR
team are there to ensure that no-one is treated un-equitably.
We wish you sincere luck in your quest for a suitable position.

Hi,
it's like I apply for 'Assistant Software Developer', and then this becomes 'Junior Software Developer'.
Just when I send an e-mail.
What's next, I'm wondering then.
I don't think I dear to apply, I think, I'm afraid, I'm afraid I'd be badly treated in that job.
Best regards,
Erik Ribsskog

Hi,
thank you very much for you e-mail.
Why does the position go by two different names, if it's ok to ask?
(It really sounds better with Assisting Software Developer, I think, I think it would have been a bit embarrasing being Junior Software Developer, since I'm 40 years old, and have worked as Store Manager and been in the Home Defence and
the Army etc., back in Norway).
Thank you very much for your reply again!
Best regards,
Erik Ribsskog
Hi Erik,
That is correct, it is the same position.
Kind regards

Is that the same job as the Junior Software Developer-role, that you mention, you think?

Hi,
I read about this vacancy at the Jobcentre website, and wanted to please apply for this job.
I have a Høgskolekandidat-degree, (which is comparable with a Higher National Diploma/Foundation Degree, JET employability-team tells me), in IT, from Oslo University College, which means I have a very good general IT-skills, and learn new IT-tasks/programmes
(very) fast.
I have skills in Object Orientated Programming and Design, multi-threaded programming and relational database design and development, from my studies
at Oslo University College, in the academic years 2002/03 and 2003/04.
I haven't got skills in C# and .net, but I have skills in Java-programming, which I've heard is quite similiar, and I'd be willing to e.g. take courses
in C#/.net, or read up at home about these programming-languages.
I attach my CV, and hope to hear back from you!
