We are very much looking forward to seeing and chatting with our members and guests at our next drinks party on Friday 3 February at the Cavendish
Club,No 5 Cavendish Square, W1 (near Harley Street). The Cavendish Club is a fabulous private members club where we will have exclusive use of their very elegant and traditionally stylish ground and first floors (two lounge bars, a restaurant, two terraces and even a grand piano!). It is both a social hub and a cosy retreat which provides excellent service and superb food in a relaxed atmosphere.
Both the St Stephen's Club and Circa are sad that because
of a refurbishment programas well as bookings from St Stephen's Club members celebrating private events, the Queen's Jubilee and the Olympics it hasn't been possible for Circa to continue to hold their monthly drinks parties there on an uninterrrupted basis. However the upside is that we will all be receiving a very warm welcome from the Cavendish Cluband that Bernard (the Manager of the St Stephen's Club) is very much looking forward to having the whole night off and coming to joinus!! For those of you that enjoyed our Circa drinks parties at the St Stephen's Club, Bernard and I have some plans up our sleeves for some future special events at the St Stephen's Club - we will keep you posted !.
Circa-Club is delighted that Edouard Brun & Cie will be providing, with their compliments, "A Welcoming Glass of Champagne" to members and their guests at our February drinks party (7-8pm). Champagne Edouard Brun was founded in 1898 in the Grand Cru village of Ay by the banks of the River Marne. Still a family business, it has been handed down the generations to Philippe and Emmanual who retain the age old traditions in the purest and truest sense to bring us such fine champagne.
Following on from the great response to the launch of the Circa-Club (Silver) Events Membership Card ( £10 - for the member and a guest, valid for 6 months) it would be really helpful to us if before the February Circa event those Circa guests wishing to purchase a membership card would do so by contacting:
Catherine, our Circa membership secretary on 07913 644 710 who can then process your payment by credit/debit card.
Once your payment is processed, you can collect your membership card on the night, or if you prefer it can be posted to you. By pre-issuing membership cards before our events it enables us to spend more time chatting with everyone.
The Circa-Club Silver (Event) membership card benefits include Complimentary entrance for the Member and 1 guest to:
1. Circa-Club Drinks Parties held on the first Friday of the Month (7pm-11.00pm). Admit 2. Complimentary glass of wine on arrival (7-8pm).
2. Shadow Lounge on the first Friday of the Month (10pm-3am). Admit 2 between 10pm-12.30am. Shadow Lounge, 5 Brewer Street, Soho, London W1F 0RF Tel: 020 7317 9270
For non members and guests, there is an entrance fee of £5 per person to attend the monthly Circa-Club event, which will also include a complimentary glass of wine between 7-8pm.
A big thank you to everyone who has supported Circa-Club over the years. As we continue to grow, we are going to be looking at offering our members even more benefits in the near future.
