Hi, I found this e-mail address on Askville. Just wanted to warn. Is there some share or vendetta going on at CreateSpace? I simply wrote 'CreateSpace-edition'. So you made a similar mistake after first making a mistake you have appologised about. Have you read my update e-mail? Are you also on first name with all your customers, I wonder. I'm from Norway, but live in the UK, here they most often say Mr. Ribsskog. Just something I wondered about. Maybe a manager should look at this? The reason I put them upside down was because I was a bit stressed when I worked on this employment-case sometimes and managed to scan and e-mail some files up side down.
