Hi,
thank you very much for your e-mail!
I've uploaded the employment case-book again now.
I think that the Table of Contents might need to be updated if you remove the three blank pages, (but I guess you are used with working with problems like that).
Also, the post-code was a bit wrong, it should be a space in it, like this: 'L4 5XJ'.
I send a copy e-mail to the Norwegian Culture Council, since I've been in contact with them, so they can see that I get some samples now, since they need five samples of each book, for a comitee, who decides if books are going to be bought to the libraries, in Norway.
Please just tell me if there's something I've forgotten regarding this.
Thanks again for the e-mail. Best regards,
Erik Ribsskog

At your earliest convenience, please upload your file for, 3916266, “My Employment Case Against Arvato's Microsoft Scandinavian Product Activation” so we may move forward with rotating the upside down pages and removing the additional blank pages.
As always, do not hesitate to contact me directly with any additional questions you may have.

Hi,
yes, it's ok if you change it to 'paperback-edition', I guess.
It would be very fine to get the free books sent, so that I can send them to the library/government in Norway, who usually buys books published in Norwegian.
I have recieved some royalties from you now, so I see that I get my royalities, at least.
Do you want me to upload the file again on CreateSpace?
Best regards,
Erik Ribsskog
