Hi,
I think this must be a clear case of breaking Twitter rules.
I would have wanted a second opinion about this.
Could you please escalate to your line-manager?

johncons, Dec 20 04:07 pm (PST): How can we help?: Offensive content
Reported user: @MegaHomofil
Offensive Tweet: https://twitter.com/
Text of Tweet: @johncons Du trenger ikke skamme deg. Neste gang finner jeg nok penisen din. Jeg tar med meg forstørrelsesglass, så ordner det seg nok. :D
Tweet time: Dec 17 2012 01:56:12 via web
What are you reporting?: This user keeps sending me @replies and I don't want to receive them.
Blocked user(s): Yes
How long ago did this begin?: Few days ago
How many times has this happened?: Only once, (but this is a new account which seems dedicated to attacking me).
I've sent you between fifty and one hundred similar reports lately.
This seems organised.
Further description of problem: The person calls himself 'megahomofil', which means mega-gay.
The tweet means something like: 'You don't need to be ashamed. I think I'll find your penis the next time. I'll bring a magnifing-glas, then it will be alright :D'.
As a heterosexual man, I find this tweet very offensive, inpolite and harassing.
So I wanted to please report about this.
