Hi,
my internet has been a bit slow here.
But I'm trying to get the names right now.
It was Handelsbanken, who adviced me, to contact the consulate, about this case.
So when the Vice-Consul, (Elizabeth D. Murphy), says that you can't
help, because this is a 'private matter outside the jurisdiction of
the Consulate in Liverpool'.
Then this makes no sense to me, I have to say.
I understand that noone at the Norwegian consulate in Liverpool speaks
Norwegian.
But this we call 'goddag mann økseskaft', in Norway, (I deer to say).
Jurisdiction?
A consulate doesn't have any jurisdiction in eigher country, (its
host-country or representation-country), I think.
Are you trying to ridicule me I was wondering.
I'm just asking you to be like a normal consulate.
Is that to much to ask?
Was it me that Liz Hurley meant when she mentioned 'uneducated', when
I was at your office, in 2007?
I used to be the best pupil in my class, and have many qualifications,
including a post-secondary one.
I was the best language-pupil, at EF summer-school, in Brighton, in
the summer of 1988.
I got 94 points of 100.
Best in the whole school.
And now this.
This I wanted to complain about.
This consulte should be closed I think, with your descending attetude,
towards Norwegian citizens.

Hi,
thank you for your reply!
It seems a bit strange that you can't help me with this.
Since I'm a Norwegian citizen.
And the Handelsbanken adviced me to contact you regarding this.
Could you please escalate this to the councilor, I was wondering, for
a second opinion.
(And my last-name is spelt Ribsskog, by the way).
Regards,
Erik Ribsskog

Kindly note that if you visit the Consulate without an appointment you
will not be dealt with.
