In order to process your complaint we require the final decision letter from the firm in relation to your complaint. If you no longer have that or any other evidence showing you have complained to the firm. Please provide me your sort code, account number and address details I will write to the firm on your behalf giving them 8 weeks to deal with your complaint. For your purposes, a final response will give you the Ombudsman rights to refer your complaint to our service within six months from the date of that letter. what happens next I have also attached a complaint form which I have filled in as far as I can from the information you have given us so far. Once we receive the signed form, we will let you know the next steps.
