I've earlier been corresponding with Maria Kathleen Mateo, (Playasia Customer Service Manager), about this problem.
I don't understand why different case-workers reply every time.

Please send this to the mentioned Customer Service Manager now.
(I want to know the name of the troll who's ordering 'shit' in my name.
And I want to know which better routines that you're going to start with, to avoid that this problem happens again, to other people/citizens).
