when I write that I want your director Jan Nauerhausen to have a look at this.
Then I mean that I want a reply from him, (or his secretary).
I don't want a reply #100 from you, (so to speak).
(I want to know the name, of the troll, who has ordered this, in my name.
And I want to know, how you plan to improve, so that this problem doesn't happen again, to me or other people).

He is aware of the situation and I have been talking to him directly about this. To be perfectly honest with you, he will be providing you the same information that we have been provided in the past few months. If you do not wish to get any response from others, there is no need to respond to any other messages that you receive other than the message that you are getting from me.
I am attaching the past two responses I have sent in case you have not read them to each of the messages that I receive.
Just to summarize, we have already blocked the account created under your name. No transaction was authorized, and we have provided the IP information of the one who placed an order on your behalf, if your bank account has been affected, it would be best to communicate with your financial institution, though this is highly unlikely since no payment information was entered.
