Subject: Re: Your Query

Hi,

thank you very much for your answer!

I've called your cusomer-support line, on the phone-number you provided, and
spoke with Antony there,
the week after I recieved your e-mail, I think it must have been.

(Reference number 211709).

He adviced me to contact Merseyside Employement Law, Fanshaw Porter &
Hazelhurst in Birkenhead,
and Gamblins in Rhyl, Wales.

I've contacted Merseyside Employment Law, and sent them three e-mails, but I
haven't managed to get
an answer from them yet.

So I was wondering if you think there should be other companies on the north
of river Mersey, who you
think could deal with this, for practical reasons I mean.

I guess it could be a bit far to go to Wales sometimes, if it's needed to
have meetings etc., regarding
the case?

Or do you think it's probably only the one company in Liverpool, who gives
advice in connection with the
legal aid scheme?

And the next question.

I've been in contact with the Law Society, regarding a couple of complaints,
regarding two legal-firms,
who I've been in contact with in connection with the duty solicitors scheme.

The Law Society, has investigated my complaints on the complanies, but are
answering me now, that
complaints on law-firm in regards to the duty solicitors scheme, for poor
service and/or unprofessional
conduct, should be sent to the LCS.

I've tried to send an e-mail, to an e-mail address, which I found on in the
link I was given by the Law
Society, (
http://www.legalservices.gov.uk/aboutus/regions/liverpool_information.asp).

I sent an e-mail to this address, fiona.dillon@legalservices.gov.uk, but I
haven't managed to get a
reply yet.

So I thought I maybe could ask you for advice, regarding how one should go
forward, if one want to
complain about law-firms, for unprofessional conduct and poor service, in
connection with the
duty solicitor programme.

I hope you have the chance to have a look at this!

Thanks in advance for the help!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Om meg

Bildet mitt
