I wanted you to inform me, who the trolls are, who order shit, in my name.

And I also wanted you to inform me about, which better routines, that you are going to start with, so that this doesn't happen again, to other people.

Earlier today I wrote e-mails to two of your colleagues, (Aiko Rie Dela Cruz and Ann Legaspi), regarding the same case.

I asked them to send about this to a superior.

So if you could do that please.
