Hi,
I rather want the Manager Director to reply about this.
(I want to know the name of the troll who has ordered this in my name.
And I want to know which better routines you're going to start with, so to avoid that this problems happen again).
This is more a job for the Managing Director, I think, to clean this up.
And I also don't like it that you use my first-name in the salution.
Then you're being to personal, (and clammy), I think.
This I have to complain about.

Hi there,
I was wondering if you could please escalate this, to your line-manager.
Because I don't think that I've gotten a proper reply to the questions that I've been asking in my earlige emails.
(I want to know the name of the troll who has ordered this in my name.
And I want to know which better routines, that you're going to start with, to avoid that this problem happens again, to other people/citizens).

This is a follow-up to your previous request #444741 "Klage/Fwd: HobbyLink Japan ..."
Hi,
I want to know the name of the troll who has ordered this in my name.
And I also want to know which better routines that you're going to start with, so that this doesn't happen again, to other people/citizens.
Also I think it's a bit clammy that you use my first-name like that in the salutation.
What's wrong with just 'hi'.
