thanks very much for your e-mail.

I've been contacting three different Amnesty-departments, that's the British Amnesty, Norwegian Amnesty, and you, who are the EU Amnesty, if I've

understood it right.

And I've also been in contact with the International Amnesty, if I'm not mistaking.

The problem, is that the Government, aren't telling me what's goving on, regarding some mafia stuff, that's going on, like I explain here:

Lack of openness from the Government.

I understand that there's something going on.

I overheard in Norway, on Rimi Bjørndal, in Desember 03, that I was followed by 'the mafia'.

I was chased from my uncles farm in Kvelde in Larvik in Norway, in July 05, by people with guns and dogs, and who I overheard wanted to kill me, og injure me. (The dogs could have been police-dogs by the way, I heard the people first and then the dogs).

I've had phoney water-meter inspectors in my flat, at the end of the last year, claiming to be from United Utilities, who wanted to look in the electricity-cabinet/cupboard, and which the complany told me that they hadn't sent, since I didn't have a water-meter in my flat, (since all UK flats haven't got one, and they're inspectors never look in the electricy-cabinet/cupboard). So it seems that this was something to do with inteligence etc.

And I've overheard in Liverpool this yead, that I've been used as a target-guy. By some Government then I presume.

And I overheard in Walton in 05, that I was in something called 'the game', or something, and I heard them say that I didn't know the rules. Which I don't, I have no idea what this is about.

And I understood that there was something strange going on Arvato, Liverpool, when I was working there in 05 and 06, with the STL Aidan Tippins acting strange, lying, acting threatening, and looking like he conspired with some other people working there, and much more also happened there.

So it's clear to me, that there is something going on.

Still, I don't really know what's going on.

If one search on the internet, one can't find any information about these episodes/issues.

And I've contacted the Norwegian Embassy in London, the Norwegian and the British Police, the media, and a lot of different other Government institutions/organisations, in both Norway and Britain.

I'm also reading a lot of online newspapers, I'm always answering my phone when it's ringing, and I'm reading all the letters I get with my mail.

And still I'm sitting here, being un-informed, and un-enlightend about what's going on.

So I suspect that the Government has got some kind of hidden agenda somewhere, that they don't want to be exposed, and that this is why they don't deal with this in openness.

So, the Government are keeping people, like me, in the dark, regarding some serious problems in society, that are goving on.

I've overheard that I'm being followed by some mafia, and that I've been used as target-guy, by the Government, and more.

Yet, the Police, refuse to tell me, what's going on.

And how can people be expected to live their lifes, when they know that one are being followed by some mafia, like I've overheard, and then the Police refuse,

to tell what's going on.

Then one can't have a normal life, because one can't know what's smart to do, since one don't know what's going on.

In a democracy, people have the right to know what's going on.

And, to decide, over ones lifes, one need to know what's going on, to make the right decisions.

If one don't know get to know what's going on in society, then one don't really decide over ones own life, and there isn't really a democracy.

And this I think is like torture, that I know that something is going on, surrounding things like this, yet I don't get to know what's going on.

And the Government, seems to be monitoring me, and trying to stop me getting help regarding the problems that are going on, so they

have no respect for peoples rights.

And I have complained about this, to different Ombudsmen etc., in Norway and Britain, but these seems to be involved, in the covering-up.

And I've also complained to the IPCC in Britain, and the similar autorothy in Norway, and also the Ministry of Justice, in both Britain and

Norway, but they are just covering up as well, it seems, at least till this date.

So, I was wondering who one should contact, when one are being bullied, and tortured, I think one have to say, by the Government, and

all the Government autoroties, seems to cooperate, in this bullying and torture.

So I hope you have the chance to answer me about this!

I am not sure that Amnesty International can be of any assistance to you in respect of your case. Amnesty International's work is determined by the framework established by Amnesty International members at a global level and all individual cases that we work on must fall with the terms established by the organization's statute. This does not mean that we consider certain types of human rights, or human rights abuses, more important than others but rather that we must channel our resources to be as effective as possible. The UK team of Amnesty International is not currently working on allegations of abuse at the hands of the police. As you are in the UK, the Norwegian section of Amnesty International would not have been able to assist you either.

From what you explain in your email, you might be better placed addressing your concerns to the police. If you are dissatisfied with the manner in which your concern is being addressed by the police, you should enquire as to making a complaint.

thanks you very much for your answer.

My problem is that I'm beign terrorrised eighter by the police, or some criminal network etc., each time I go out the door.

I've also been follwed by some mafia in Norway.

And also, I think something has happened to friends from my previous job in Liverpool, and I'm sure that the police know about this.

The problem is that the police wont give me any information or advice, on how to deal with these problems.

Neigheter the British or Norwegian Police are telling me whats going on etc.

And this is driving me insane.

And I think it is my right to get to know whats going on surrounding this.

But they won't tell me anything, about whats going on or how one should deal with this etc.

So I think this is my right, to get informartion and advice.

And I also suspect that the Police are telling people, like my bank, not give me a loan etc., and not to help me with some legal
cases etc. I'm dealing with.

So this is also a violation against my rights.

And also I wanted to report about harassment from the Norwegian department of Amnesty.

Hope that this is alright, I think it's serious since I'm going a bit insane here, and the police wont give me advice or information.

Hi,

I'm a Norwegian Citizen living in the UK.

I've been in contact with your Norwegian department, and also your British department.

I was wondering about two things.

I was told by your British Department, that the International Department, might be able to

help me with some problems regarding not getting help from the Norwegian and British
Governments, while being followed by criminal networks, in a case thats also seems to
be linked with trafficing of Scandinavian women to Liverpool and Spain, and illigal

management methods and serious organised harassment and more, I'd call it that
people were being used more or less like slaves.

(And I have dokumentation to support all of this).

That was the first thing I was wondering about, who should I contact, if I was wondering

if you maybe had the oppertunity to have a look at this?

Secondly, it seems a bit to me, that I maybe was harassed, when I was in contact with
your Norwegian department, who weren't able to give me any help or advice, but who

I think it might seem like were harassing me in their reply.

And also, they seemed to have misunderstood the meaning of the e-mail I was sending them.

Which I think was maybe a bit strange, since it seems reasonable to me, to presume that

they work with human rights issues, on a daily basis.

So that for them to not understand an e-mail, which I myself thought should be straight
forward for representatives working with human rights issues, on a daily basis, to

understand.

So I was wondering, regarding this problem, because I think matters like this should be
dealt with responsably.

And I've heard many good things about your organisation, and I thought your British/UK

department, also gave me good advice, so I don't mean to complain, but I'm a bit
worried about the quality of the advice from the mentioned department in Oslo.

And also, they didn't reply to my next e-mail, when I tryed to explain again, in case

they had maybe misunderstood what I meant.

So I thought this was a bit curious.

So I was wondering, who I should contact, if I wanted to make a complaint about my
contact with the deparment in Oslo.

I'll send more documents, to explain more about the issues I'm mentioning in this
e-mail, as soon as possible, when I know more about who it is I should contact
regarding these issues.

And please just contact me, if there is some I have forgotten to explain about regarding

these questions.
