Hi,
I don't understand why you can't just send it to that manager.
Why do you make a fuzz out of this?
I've now done some research about your company, on Wikipedia.
And that's because I'm tired of all your different case-workers, who send me e-mails.
Your CEO is named Jan Neuhaeusser, it seems.
(A kraut like they say in England).
So if you can send the complaint to that guy.
(Because you now have a different complaint-manager, (Ehdmel Jueves), answering me, who earlier was a regular staff.
And the Mateo-woman doesn't want the emails anymore, it seems.
So it's a bit chaotic to say the least).
So this I have to complain about.
