We have dedicated so much over these last few months to the presidential election, and taking our protest to the polls has clearly paid off. We've widened the electorate and also elected the first-ever Black woman vice president in history. But because of the Georgia runoffs, our work is not yet done.
ERIKA, it's extremely important that we keep the momentum going. We have to make sure that the Republicans DO NOT keep the Senate. We've seen over the last four years how Republicans use the Senate to advance their dangerous, Trump-aiding agenda, which has disproportionately impacted Black and brown communities. This cannot continue.
We need a truly representative Senate. A Senate that gets things done for the people. A Senate that'll work to pass the BREATHE ACT. A Senate that will work to expand the courts. These are the issues most important to our lives and to Black liberation.
Winning Georgia for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris required building one of the most diverse electorates in the state's history. Now, we need your help to do it again for the Senate runoffs in January.
