there's absolutely no way I would have signed up for a gay newsletter, even if I was drunk.
So this is an insult, I think.
I want you to escalate this to a superior.
(I want to know the name of the troll who has ordered this in my name.
And I want to know which better routines that you're going to start with, so that this problem doesn't happen again, to me or other people/citizens).

I can confirm that your details have been deleted from the system. Unfortunately sometimes people are added by third parties to our email system, who want to "play a joke" on someone by adding them to a gay site. But unless you signed up, you wouldn't have received any email
