Hi,
I've been corresponding with your manager Maria Kathleen Mateo, (Playasia Customer Service Manager), about this problem.
So I don't understand why I get a reply from a new case-worker now.
You should let your manager handle this, I think.
This is almost like the Nigeria-letters, I think, since I get replies from a lot of different case-workers, (Robin Dela Cruz, Angelito Bustillos, Aiko Rie Dela Cruz, Ann Legaspi and Michelle Ann Ansale).
And now you, (Eunice Lapitan).
And noone has done anything about the problems, it seems.
Noone has informed me, about the name of the troll who has ordered this, in my name.
And I still get newsletters from you.
(You haven't cleaned up your customer-register, it seems).
So this I have to complain about.
Please send this to the mentioned manager now.

I also don't like that you use my first-name like that in the salutation.
That's a bit to clammy/personal, I think.
What's wrong with just 'hi'.
