I don't write that I want to talk to you on the phone.
It's expensive to call to China, and sometimes you can't hear what people say.
I want you to reply in writing.
You should also let the manager reply, I think.
It's no good with tens of different case-workers.
So this I have to complain about.
Your company seem very poorly organised, (with all the different case-workers), like I've explained earlier.
