A complaints leaflet tells you what you should do if you have a

complaint or suggestion about the service you have had from Jobcentre

Plus. It also explains what to do if a mistake has been made.



If you make a complaint it will be dealt with confidentially and the

service you get from Jobcentre Plus will not be affected in any way.



In some cases you may still not be satisfied after making a complaint.

The leaflet explains how you can take the matter further.

below or you can ask for a copy at your nearest Jobcentre Plus office.

Blir også utsatt for mye nettmobbing, mm. johncons-blogg, (og mine memoarer og nettbutikk), er kjent fra TV-programmet Tweet4Tweet, i 2012, (selv om jeg måtte klage, for programmet var veldig useriøst/nedlatende, mm.).
